Covid 19 and other Health Concerns:
As a valued customer of the TN Wine Train, we appreciate the trust you place in us for not only a fun experience but a safe one as well.
In the current environment, it’s important for all of us to travel smarter and more consciously regardless of our destination. That’s why I want to personally update you on the situation with COVID-19 (the coronavirus) and the steps we are taking to ensure your health and safety while enjoying a dining excursion with us.
Operations are our lifeblood. We’ve learned from past experience with various health concerns, and have continually refined and improved our ability to protect our customers. That includes the way we maintain clean dining areas and restrooms as well as the impeccably clean kitchen where we prepare our food. In addition to maintaining a clean train, we provide hand sanitizer in all common areas. Our updated filter system also provides clean dining car air. And we have always taken great care to provide a healthy train travel experience long before the recent health concerns.
Our staff are all ServSafe certified and, as always, are adhering to our strict cleaning policies and actions to keep all of our guests safe. During this challenging time, we are offering vouchers for priority booking on future excursions to our guests with existing reservations. Email us at TNWineTrain@Gmail.com to request our voucher.
Thank you for your continued trust in the TN Wine Train, and I look forward to seeing you on the rails soon.
Sincerely,
John McCune
